A slew of attacks in 2130 by a terrorist cell identifying themselves as RUIN, have been recognized as similar to those in the Amalgan Ground Breaking Massacre of 2105 due to the distinctive methods reported to have been used by the attackers to create carnage. Rav & Darke Research & Development were subsequently investigated and subpoenaed to later go on record stating that they had at one point in the past been contracted to work toward creating a way to artificially augment humans utilizing prototype rapid regenerative nano-techology and musculoskeletal stimulants. To what extent their contractor planned to apply such a product, they claim to have never been given details and are still under strict legal obligation to keep the identity of the contractor concealed.

The evidence gathered against Rav & Darke R&D through recorded confessions, motivations and lectures left for investigators by Solomon himself, scarce surveillance footage and the anecdotal recounting of traumatized survivors, would insinuated that the R&D company did succeed in what they had been contracted to do and that it had been applied to nefarious ends.

The showcasing subject of this experiment has openly exposed himself as an unranked recruit previously in the New Frontier Survey Scouts by the name of Solomon Adler. Now, Solomon Adler may possibly be the most dangerous and most wanted terrorist alive. When pressed for more information regarding Solomon’s unexplainable abilities, Rav & Darke claims that they are unaware of any of the possible effects or mutations that could have been created due to the work sold from a contract that had been completed and closed 15 years prior.
